LIHEAP Walk-In & Outreach

NICAA offers LIHEAP walk-in assistance at locations throughout Stephenson and Jo Daviess Counties. No appointment is needed during scheduled walk-in hours. Locations vary by date, so please review the current schedule before visiting.

No appointment needed. Walk-in assistance is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
